Investments and partnerships

We firmly believe that in a sector that’s constantly changing, we need to help shape that change. We don’t just challenge the status quo, we lead the drive to improve the education system through a collaborative and transformative outlook. That’s why we look to continually invest and partner with organisations who share a similar vision and want to help us in our mission to provide access to word-class learning for all.

Our investments in organisations like Campaign for Learning and mental fitness app Fika are examples of the diverse approaches we take. If you are interested in combining ambition with the scale and determination to make an impact, then get in touch with us via email at [email protected].

Campaign for Learning

In 2020 Campaign for Learning became part of the NCFE family. As champions of the value of lifelong learning there was a natural synergy with the core purpose at NCFE to promote and advance learning. Our investment ensures Campaign for Learning continues to deliver highly impactful campaigns, training programmes, research projects and policy work.

Fika

We partnered with the mental fitness app Fika to launch the sector's first ever mental health fitness mobile app, allowing us to truly champion and improve mental fitness in further education.

WorldSkills UK

We’ve collaborated with WorldSkills UK to create the innovative Centre for Excellence programme to advance vocational learning practice. The programme works directly with educators to help them become artful and inspiring world-class teaching practitioners, enabling thousands more learners to benefit from world-class learning experiences.

Association of Apprentices

We’re a founding partner of The Association of Apprentices (AoA) which was created in 2019 in an effort to help boost the number of apprentices staying on and completing their programme. It’s a membership service created for apprentices, by apprentices. The association is led by a council made up of current and past apprentices who help ensure it meets the evolving needs of its growing membership. As a founding partner, we’re committed to supporting the ongoing growth of the association and in meeting its objectives to enhance outcomes for apprentices.
