NCFE is set to relaunch, to better reflect our role as an integrated educational charity and leader in vocational and technical learning, which will help promote and advance our end-to-end offering for learners, educators and institutions. NCFE’s progressive approach responds to gaps that exist across education and training, building on insight and collaboration to ensure learners are given the agency to make the best possible choices about their futures – and this applies across the board. We have brought together all the qualifications, resources, and specialist knowledge from the brands within NCFE to create a learning organisation that offers you the greatest breadth of delivery and assessment options, all in one place.
To this end, in line with NCFE’s refreshed vision and wider rebranding activity, the CACHE, Skills Forward and EPA Plus brands – which have all been part of the NCFE family for some years now - will be integrated into NCFE’s Masterbrand and you will see a change to the way we look when this takes place.
So, what does this mean to you?
We want to reassure you that we are retaining all the things that you love and respect about NCFE – we will continue to operate as an awarding organisation with a growing portfolio of qualifications; we will retain our deep sector specialisms and the expertise that exists across the business; and you will not see any break in the exceptional service that you are used to, with your regular, dedicated points of contact.
You and your learners will simply benefit from new ways of working with us to further unlock potential and provide a lifetime of valuable learning experiences.
What is changing?
As mentioned, there will be a significant visual identity change - we can’t wait to show you the new look and will supply you with a new logo, guidelines and a new description of NCFE and who we are ahead of the launch.
We will also be moving to a ‘one website’ approach and consolidating our social media presence through one account. This will result in you having a much improved and streamlined overall digital experience and we will guide you through this change to ensure you can easily find the information that is pertinent to you.
We understand that you already deliver a range of products from across our different business units so this integrated ‘one NCFE’ approach will vastly improve how you work with us.
What research has been conducted before these decisions were made?
We were very conscious that any changes we made would not have an adverse impact on our customers, learners and employers. With that in mind, we conducted extensive research with sample stakeholder groups across all business units and found that all interviewees were overwhelmingly positive about the new look and approach.
We’re excited and optimistic about this rebrand, which reflects our substantial growth and underpins our new direction and the impact we plan to make in transforming learning. However, we want you to be absolutely reassured that your service from us will remain as true to our core purpose of promoting and advancing learning as it ever was. We have been helping individuals progress and achieve since 1848 and today, we continue with fresh energy.
Any questions?
If you have any questions about the rebrand, our offer, or would simply like a catch up to learn more about our thinking and what this means for you, then please do not hesitate to get in touch with your dedicated account manager who can discuss this further with you.
