“After a sudden change in career choice, I decided to do my CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education at Truro College, with the aim of becoming a teaching assistant. I enjoyed every minute of this qualification due to the supportive staff, the resources given to us, and the friends I made along the way. I gained so much knowledge, learning about various topics including theorists in childhood education, safeguarding and implementing it in the workplace, and the importance of play within children’s learning.
